I agree, just not sure if Sakuraba can make that cut anymore, he's no spring chicken and I don't know if he's ever cut for a fight before.
Alan Belcher should fight the winner of the Bisping-Miller fight, andVitor Belfort should fight the winner of Marquardt-Palhares fight when he comes back.
Demian Maia should probably be fed a win right now, and Belcher has been looking like a killer in his last few fights. He ran through Kang, a lot of people thought that he beat Akiyama last year, ran through Gouveia and kicked him out of the UFC and just ran through Cote. Belcher would beat Maia if he kept his limbs close to his body, and didn't let Maia get into a comfortable position anywhere.
Forrest Griffin should fight either the winner of Liddell-Franklin or Jones-Matyushenko
Lyoto Machida should fight either the winner of Liddell-Franklin or Jones-Matyushenko.
Phil Davis should fight winner of Bonnar-Soszynski II. It's the next step up in competition, and either one of these guys would be a proper test for Davis at this point.
Tito Ortiz should fight the winner of Hamill-Jardine next. Match would make sense in terms of rankings and it'd be an even fight with either of them.
Ryan Bader vs. Jared Hamman, would be a decent match to do right now. Bader would probably knock Hamman out eventually, but since Thiago Silva's getting fed a match, might as well feed Bader one too, and Hamman fits the bill at the moment.
Steve Cantwell vs.Alexander Gustafsson would be a great match between two crisp and fresh strikers in the Light Heavyweight division, makes total sense to me.
What's up with Cantwell, did we ever hear what was up??? Last I heard, he may never fight again. Good call on Tito vs Hamill/Jardine. But I think with Machida, they will give him an easier fight first. I don't think they will want to take out the winner of Chuck/Rich. Machida already beat Rich and Chuck/Machida does very little for me. I like the thought of Forrest fighting Chuck/Rich
Had to think about it for a bit, couldn't figure out a good fight for Machida. How about Machida vs winner of Randy/Toney?
Randy had said that he wants a fight with Machida...he's said this for a while now.
God's Son
Release these guys please!
Drew McFedries - Can't hang in the UFC, would be better off fighting on the lower level shows.
Heath Herring - If this guy doesn't want to fight anymore, stop having him take up space on the roster.
Phil Baroni - Horrible gas, limited potential and skill, release him.
Jonathan Goulet - Been getting his ass kicked a lot lately, time to release him.
Renzo Gracie - Horrible gas, limited potential and skill, release him.
Tim Hague - Win some fights then call back after that.
Guys I Would Cut.

WOW! That is like 10 to 15% of the UFC roster! Too many guys there and most of them are very good fighters who just happen to be on the lower end of the rankings. The only guys I agree with you are Sobotta, Steinbess, McFedries, Baroni, Forbes, Kingsbury, Perosh, Hardonk, Dan Lauzon and Volkmann.
