What I'm thinking is we divide it into maybe 3 seasons of 4 months each. We draft fighters and such. It would be similar to Fantasy Football. Just seeing if there is any interest.

hey guys, getting closer to getting this up. My target is to have it running for UFC 112. Start thinking about it, I hope to hit it when I get back. Maybe late this week, I'll have a plan together.
You know I am down for this, I think the way we did it on the other site was a good way. Or were you there for that? I have a foggy memory from all the acid trips....lol.

Yeah, I was there and headed the east coast league. I was taken a shower last night and I think I came up with a better format. I remember the draft sucked ass trying to get everybody on board. I started the Excel sheet last night and got a pretty good plan together. While you fucks were enjoying the fights, I was doing some sick ass excel formulaTrying to make tracking it as easy as possible and the whole setup as easy as possible. Going to do more of a salary cap format versus a draft. Just refining the numbers now. I think its going to work just fine and hope to have my plan up and ready before 112. It will be a 3 month season to start and we will go from there. But need to avoid this site as much as possible until I get a chance to watch 111 which should be by Monday. I think you guys will like it, should be much easier to enter and much easier to track compared to the last format.
Just read the ENTIRE thread, and I'm not sure how I missed this except that we must have talked about it over the phone and I just figured you knew what I thought but THIS IS AWESOME!!!! I'm in ASAP, and as I'm sure you remember, I missed my draft at the old site and had to have your sorry yet gracious @*# pick my picks......it's on!

Good to hear, I think I figured out a way to give the fighters a $ value and we will have a 5 mil salary cap. Everybody will just draft their own team and as long as they are below the 5 mil, they are good. I just got into NM and I'm still downloading 111. Don't spoil anything in this thread since it's the only one I'm reading. But I was able to get 10% done in AZ but I even have a slower connection here. Looks like it's about 5 hours away from finishing. That would make it 11:30ish before I could watch it. Not sure if that's going to happen but I've done good today to avoid any spoilers from all points, I don't want to push my luck
this shit is driving me crazy, I want to see 111 so freaking bad. I'm at 29.6% download but still 3+ hours to go. Maybe I will just wake up early and watch it before I hit the road. Should be home around 2PM is the plan.

I'm getting closer to getting this going. Got all the salary cap numbers done, most of the rules in place. Hope to post the start in the next day or so. Might be able to fire it up before UFC 112 or we could just call it a preseason type of event.
