Completely disagree with McGregor taking easy fights. First boxing fight, against the GOAT. Moves up in weight to fight Diaz on short notice, then fights Diaz at the same weight he lost at to make sure it's the same as the first fight. Took Mendes fight on short notice. Fought possibly the GOAT at Featherweight. Fought one of the best lightweights on the planet in Alvarez..

He doesn't play it safe, he just makes sure it's worth it financially.

You misread what I said...I didn't say EASY fights I said safe fights...."moving up" to WW to fight Diaz....another LW fighter is like saying DC would be brave to move to HW to fight Rumble.....when both guys in the same division decide to move up 1 weight class is not a bold risky move. Conor has fought some tough opponents, no denying, but he has yet to take a risk in his career

This I agree with, other than when he took the RDA fight.......but even then it was a calculated risk as he had 145 to fall back on. I guess the Diaz rematch was a big risk though, a loss in that and the hype was dead.

It looks more and more like the only guy that Conor would even consider fighting again in MMA is Nate Diaz.

It looks like he's going to get that MMA fight with Mayweather, and I can't blame him for taking that freak show. Mayweather owes it to him, and the pay day is way to great to expect anyone to ignore that. It is what it is.

I still think if, and they probably will, fight again that it will be boxing again......MMA is too restrictive to their earning potential, boxing has none of the restrictions the UFC would hold over them........also, Mayweather doesn't owe Conor anything, he just made the guy a very rich man.
