I heard that actually. A friend at work, apparently on twitter and stuff. They said that Machida would drop to MW, Silva would give up the belt and only fight BIG Fights. Jones, GSP.... but no credible written source

He actually fought @168 lbs beating Hayato Sakurai for the Shoot belt in 2001.

I don't about him being the biggest threat.., but he has an interesting skill set that could pose certain adversities to Silva.

That said, I enjoyed how Chris has been respectful about this. Sooner or later Anderson will lose or retire...

yeah, Chris has been great when talking about this. But not finishing Maia and then saying you will finish Silva. Ummmm, lets slow down there buddy.

And I also agree that Chris is Silva's hardest fight but I don't think Chris is the most deserving guy at this point.
    Don't call it a comeback...

He took the Damien Maia fight on 5 days notice or something like that, he has finished every fight he has been in that he had a full camp for

Except Munoz, the other fighters he fought weren't really top caliber guys. But I give him credit for taking the Maia fight the way he did. Also, Maia actually gassed in that fight which is freaking absurd.
