Culinary Union reaches despicable new low

We are federal. It wouldn't affect us except for maybe loss some business. The city I grew up in went bankrupt. The police force of 60 some year were disbanded and the Sheriffs took over. It was crazy at the time because the city that took over the daily operations was then embroiled in controversy a few months later. Turns out the the city's council members and the mayor were making six figures and I forget which one was making more than the president.

I remember reading that story... that's some crazy shit !

The politicians in my city have been arrested and thrown in jail over and again for accepting "bribes for business" and corruption... and these dumb fuckers who have replaced them keep doing the same shit !

I think we're up to the 3rd mayor that has been removed from office and jailed... along with a multitude of city council members.

Yeah, I felt bad for the residents of Bell because they were paying more city taxes than a resident of Beverly Hills and that is a minority city who's residents struggle to make ends meet. All those corrupt a-holes got arrested and I believe are still in trial. The different cities around here also have been non stop mixed up with corruption throughout its different branches, the police, council members, mayors, etc.. This instance though took the cake.
