We all know they are, so let's get this super fight on before Silva uses the excuse of retirement to avoid determining who is the best fighter between the #1 & #2 MMA fighters not only in the UFC, but the best MMA fighter in the world... that's how this super fight needs to be spun and marketed in order to build the hype to an apex and set the PPV record for the most viewers and buys ever.

I agree. Jones' response was just plainn stupid. He and Silva should both want to prove that they are the best ever. There's no way to prove that without beating the other. I say put the belts on hold and lets see who the baddest dude on the planet is. PS- Maggie Hendricks sucks!!!

As much as I'd really like to see the fight, as I would have with Anderson/GSP, I'm not sure why, when there is dominant champions in different weight classes it is assumed that they should fight each other! If so why do they have different weight divisions for these guys to compete in? It should be completely up to the guy to decide whether he wants to change weight class, after all he competes in the one he is in because that is the one he is comfortable fighting in!
