Consistency is the point, imo. If he can defend against 3 great fighters and then lose the belt. Where's the greatness? A great fighter defends his belt constantly. He needs to be proven and that comes with time, not a hand full of fights.

But if it's consistency against lesser-skilled opponents it doesn't mean as much, imo. Why do you say he's going to lose the belt after 3 defenses? You think Hendo is going to beat him??? I'll take a piece of that action...

Rampage, imo, was way more dangerous to Jones than Maia was to Silva. Maia's bjj is awesome but his TD's suck. Rampage was a premeire elite fighter at one time, Maia was just good.
