I see it the same. He is scared. Look how he did against Spitsbing. He knows he doesn't have what it takes to beat him without the juice. On top of Anderson knowing what to expect. He was scared but trying to play it off. Its like when a fighter gets tagged hard and shakes his head, you know it hurt but he's trying to play it off. Same thing here.

No way. After dominating Silva for all that time last fight and all the trash talk, Sonnen is not scared. Fighting is these guys' jobs. I bet very rarely, if ever, is there a fighter who is actually scared when stepping into to octagon.

To say he's scared is a stretch, but it's clear to me he felt the pressure of the moment and tried to do something to show he wasn't nervous.

Well that is true, but I as explained in a post above. To ME, it's clear he felt the pressure of the moment, scared is a stretch, I don't mean he's afraid of Anderson. What I want to say is that he tried to do whatever he could to ease that moment. Just my personal opinion. I watched a dozen of times. It's different than when you saw Anderson Vs Vitor for instance. And even in their first stare down in the weigh ins. He's clearly uncomfortable doing the things he did at that time. It was nothing natural.., but it doesn't matter anyway. It won't change the outcome of the fight.

It was the same as the press conference. Sonnen wants to show Silva he can't get in his head like Sonnen got in Silva's head. So when Silva does that stuff Sonnen brushes it off like nothing happenend. He's in Silva's head big time and Silva is trying to return the favor. Sonnen isn't biting.

I agree that Silva will win the fight. I'm just saying Chael isn't scared or extra nervous for this fight.
