He was quick for sure. The thread from last night got removed......I was blasting Guida.....I thought that was shamefull, I could see doing that here and there to mix it up but he ran for 5 rounds hitting and running. You know it's bad when maynard went forward letting guida take 3-4 free punches just so they would engage. Even the ref warned Guida in the 4th for his excessive running.

It was a close fight and could of went either way but i'm sure the judges gave Maynard "aggresion" points considering what Guida was doing. I never want to see that guy fight again. That reminded me of Kalib Starnes last night......I thought Maynard would do the "running man"

Exactly! I was completely disgusted by Guida's performance, and I thought for sure Guida had won it, but I've never been so glad someone lost a fight....and I'm not even a Maynard fan.

It was another example of Greg Jackson sending someone to the cage with a game plan to win on points by taking no damage, it seemed a similar game plan to Carlos Condit in his fight against Nick Diaz, the only difference being that Condit actually did engage during the fight!!!!

Also I've always been a fan of Guida for his willingness to 'fight' in the cage but last night he went down in my estimation greatly and the fans seemed to turn on him too.
