Tim Sylvia: I busted my a-- for the UFC for years

I think they need another HW TUF, they have only had 2 I believe and are have a hard time getting quality Hw's. They should have guys like Pedro Rizzo and other has beens and up and comers at least to fill a decent HW slot.

but I wouldn't mind seein Tim getting 1 more shot, he's a quality gatekeeper and if he has a bad showing cut him....just like everybody else said. I'm sure he wouldn't demand much money.

I think the real reason is that he was an embarrassment when he got starched by Fedor in 30 seconds then lasted 9 seconds with a 50 yr old mercer. It basically made the UFC look bad having a "former champ" getting humiliated so bad.

i like the ultimate fighter idea. i think like tuff 4 with the winners getting a title shot. we need 8 hw's and 8 lhw's. ill do a quick list now.

i think that would be the best tuff ever. id say arona would win lhw and arlovski win hw. alot of these guys would do a comeback tuff for a crack at the belt. especially chuck who would love 1 last crack at the title. win 4 fights and you face the champion.

When is Tim Sylvia going to stop this little dream of his about getting back into the UFC by bitching his way in? He keeps whining about his accomplishments in the past there and thinking that the UFC will just listen and give him a contract. UNtil he gets off his ass and starts beating a ton of other top HW"s around the world in other promotions to prove he is capable of competing, than he'll just continue to look desperate and pretty sad unfortunately for him. He's not a bad guy.

let him back in, I think he would get eaten alive, but maybe it would make him happy to have tried.

He should at least get few quality wins before coming back. I'm all for giving him a chance but he's looked like a joke outside the ufc. If he can't win a fight or 2 outside the UFC, no reason for him to come back.
