Hi All Rich Finaldi here once again for the Combat Athlete MMA web blog. Here’s a quick free weight/cardio workout for all you guys and gals that don’t want to limit your training to MMA classes alone. I goto 2 or 3 classes a week at Combat Athlete MMA, so I like to also enhance my training with free weights in a circuit style training at home on other days . Here’s a sample of my Chest routine below:
Flat Dumbbell bench presses 10 to 15 reps, followed with Dumbbell flyes 10 to 15 reps with (only a few seconds rest), then after each superset do either 50 crunches, or jump rope for 1 minutes.
