DUde, last year i didnt even know what position reggie wayne played or who chris johnson was. Just do some homework a couple days before the draft and youll be fine. ALot of sports editors will start posting theyre mock drafts and you can use that as your skeleton for your own draft. PM me your email buddy and well get this shit GOIN! this will be the first year ive done this as well rich. i do watch football all the time, just never played in a fantasy league. learning the ropes this time, next year ill bust out undefeated.

I watch football every now and then, more-so than baseball but I'm not a huge sports fan.

I do think that football is more America's sport than baseball though.

This'll definitely be a learning experience for me... I'll be the whipping-post in this one !

thanks alot guys for getting this done. ONly person that hasnt accepted the invite is Guru but i know hes busy.I asked him if he could get it done this weekend. So guys, i was thinking about August 29th 3:00 pm PST. So 6 in the east. This is just the first time im throwing out there so you guys can tell me if it works or not. Of course im gonna need a confirmation from EVERYONE. I havent talked to a couple ppl in the league for about a week. SO i gotta check if theyre still on board cuz the draft is in a week.

Im really excited about this and discipline, and davie, you guys are in for a treat. If you thought football was fun to watch before, holy shit prepare to be blown away. Oh and no, im not exxagerating. =)

Now i gotta figure out a way to determine the draft order. In a human league we just draw names out of a hat. Any ideas? Ill go and check to see if espn has a draft order randomizer thingy.

EDIT: It does have a randomizer. But it consists of me pushing the "randomize" button. To keep it fair ill push the randomize button until it gives me the 3rd pick. Thats the most fair way of doing it. Its a snake draft which means, that the draft order will go 1 thru 6 then in reverse 6 thru 1. So in theory, 3 is no advantage whatsoever. So if ur still confused. the 6th pick will get the last pick in round 1 but the very first pick i round 2. So i need feedback from you guys. if you think of a better way to do the draft order let me know becasue i can use the randomizer or manually put them in.
