Ok. This is somewhat of a flexible subject considering diet differs form person to person, but what do you guys do about diet. If you train what is your training routine like? Maybe list your size and what your wokrouts are and your diets, simply to give a small guidline for others to peek at.

Well, I'm a ways away from training again. The girl and I have just started walking/hiking again. Since the surgery, we haven't done crap so we are trying to get walks in everyday now. We are above a mile now but I'm guess below 2. Today, we might push it and try 2 miles, the weather looks better than yesterday so I think we should be ok.

I do a mixture of things. some days its weights focusing on compound lifts and kettlebell work and other days its pad/bag work and some grappling.

I have a few friends that do the kettlebells, never tried them but I'm guessing they are great for the smaller muscles that don't get pushed as much.

Kettlebells are great for working the entire body with dynamic movements which can help give you aerobic benefits as well as strength gains. They are particularly good for working the muscles of the posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, lower back ) which often get overlooked.
