...over the weekend and I've decided to take a more healthy approach to life in general but also in my dieting habits. I wasn't being unhealthy before, but now I'm watching the amount of calories I am eating as well as cholesterol and sodium. Sodium is the killer I haven't taken much care of and now I'm paying the hypertension price. Anyway, so far so good, I'm at 750 calories, 40 carbs, and 200 mgs. of sodium, and it's only noon!
I've been trying to run in the evenings, get some cardio in, since I hate cardio. As soon as I get a few pounds away, I'll start weight training to get my maxes back up again.

Get your ass in the pool man. Swim, swim, swim!!!
It does wonders for your cardio and it's a full body workout. There are so many excorsizes that you can do in the pool as well. Better on your joints than running and it will shred your abs as well.

Huh, I'll have to look into that dude, I'm not sure where I can find an indoor pool around here though. Maybe an aquatic center or something.

Any of guys ever try atro-phex by BSN? I've been thinking about getting some to help lose some weight. I've already cut my meal portions down and five small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. I wanted to try the atro-phex since I've gotten great results from their nitrix.
