Hey guys, I'm starting a 32 man Welterweight Tournament, vote style. I picked roughly the top 32 WW's, again, I mean roughly. We could debate fighter 20 to 32 for years so I just picked 32 guys. I put them in two groups, the first 16 and the second 16 which would be 17-32. The first 16 are the results of our current top 10 voting. The 2nd 16 are just kinda random.
This is Round 2 of the 32 man Welterweight Tournament to determent the best WW in the world. Yeah, we all think GSP would win but we can also have fun debating some fights that we might not think of otherwise. These fights will be under UFC Rules, Testing and Cage. They will have 3 months to train for each other in this 3 round fight and then it's on to round 3

I think the Diaz Hughes fight would be a good one to watch right now at this stage of Hughes' career.

Matt Hughes and Nick Diaz are going at it, tough, tough fight. The rest of them look pretty much settled.

yeah me too I would like to see that fight but I also think Hughes would get picked aprt standing and Diaz's BJJ would negate Hughes wrestling and GnP. He would get caught somewhere somehow....standing or on the ground IMO.

I was just going to add these up but we have a tie between Hughes and Diaz. Need one more vote to break the tie or I will just flip a coin.

Man that's exactly what I was thinking...almost like a Shamrock Diaz II...I really think Nick would be too much for him at this point in his career. But then again...I've never been a Matt Hughes fan!!!

Sorry guys that's I've dropped the ball on this. Working on a lot of back end stuff that's more important right now. I will bring these types of thing back when I feel the site is a little more where I want it to be. There is so much more building that needs to be done and these actually do take some time away from that.
