That's a damn good fight, let's see if Maia can start looking crazy good again.

I believe he will. Miller is good but I don't think he can compete with Damian on the ground. As a matter of fact if Marquardt went to the ground he would have lost too.

I think their some of the best fights. I love guys with good and/or exciting BJJ. guys like Palharas Maia Hioki, sometimes Aoki but he is boring a lot of the time. My favourite fighter for his ground game is Tokoro.

I like guys like Maia, Hazelett that are trying stuff, not waiting for the other guy to make a mistake. That type of rolling is the best IMO.

I was very confident Maia would lose his last fight against Marquardt for 2 main reasons. 1) Maia has great BJJ but was beating guys who wern't top guys and making it look easy. 2) Marquardt is a big strong MW who also has a great ground game and great game plan coming into that fight, not to mention he has been improving greatly since his loss to Anderson.

Dan miller is a tough well rounded guy and should be a decent test for Maia.

Me too. I'd like to see a rematch and see Maia get it to the ground (somehow) and choke him (Nate) out. I think Nate is very good but I do not think he is good enough to beat Maia on the ground very few in the world are.

please, Nate beats Maia 7 out of 10 times, The Maia hype train is currently off the rails and I will watch this train wreck all the way through.

I agree, in fact I would say 10 out of 10 times unless it goes to the ground which is the crux how does he take Nate to the ground I don't see that happening.

But to be honest, I think Nate is just too damn big for Maia. yeah, yeah, yeah, I know skill offsets size but in this case it's just too much. Nate is about as big a MW there is and Maia is really on the small size.

Even If It Went To The Ground Nate Has Good Enough Wrestling And BJJ To Get Back Up Pretty Quick, Not To Mention He Pure Power Advantage He Has On Maia

I wouldnt say he has better wrestling than Sonnen and Mai got the TD and ended up on top

Maybe Not Be He Has The Pure Power To Stop The Takedowns

getting the takedown is the key. Once he is down Maia wins in which i have no doubts.

Do i think Maia can take down Nate? No I think Nate KOs him again.
