What's the best way to kickstart your Metabolism and keep it at a high level?

5 small meals per day seems to be the most widley accepted method.

I need this too, I'm struggling and I'm still pretty young. I'll be going in for a physical soon too, to check up on everything but a hernia. I KNOW I don't have a hernia!!! HAHA

being lucky....seriously. i have a great metabolism, at least I think so. i can eat and eat without even working out and no reflection really. nothing to really be proud of since im still out of shape though lol. i still am trying to eat 5 meals/day and train as well in the yard. yep imn one of those dyi guys right now.
