I mean what figthter did you initially really noy like, but after a while you started to respect. For me it's Josh Koscheck.

TUF #1 - I really thought he was a one dimentional loser with not talent. I wanted to see him get knocked out in every fight he had. Then he started really developing some skills ans taking tons of fights. I'm not saying he is one of favorites, but I respect him much more and I acually pull for him in fights.

So, who has won you over?

I didn't really care for Nate Diaz early on, but I grew to appreciate him within the last year.

He hasn't been doing all that great lately, but I think he was trying to act like big brother Nick.

Tyson Griffen cause he actually develoiped some hands

Frankie Edgar...same reason

Tim Credeur after last fight

Kimbo Slice

Credeur big time after his last fight, I really thought he had no business in the UFC. I was wrong. Also agree with Jim on Kos, hated the POS from TUF but really like him now. But still dislike Groove. I won't say Kimbo cause I never really hated him, but I still hate Shaw with a passion.

Now lets see if I can come up with someone on my own.

Well, Brock, I didn't like the thought of him coming in but warmed up to his work ethic real quick. And I can say I hate Yvel a lot less than I did a year ago.

I always liked Brock. I think he when people see how much time and training he puts into MMA, they have to respect him. I really hope he embrasses the brotherhood of MMA after his next fight and shows the class that is displayed by guys like Coture.

Diaz is another guy I agree with. When a fighter keeps showing a willingness to get in the ring and bang it out, it's hard not to like him.

Yeah, both Diaz's have grown on me. I would love to see Nick back in the UFC. He talks soooooo much shit before a fight but is always completely respectful after the fight.

Yeah, I'd like to see Nick back in the UFC also.

That's gonna require him to put a crimp on his desire. ;)

Kos
Nate
Both good picks I'd add for me Rashad I hated him at first but now I just feel he is okay so I feel he has grown on me.
Brock , Serra, and BJ I have yet to root for I respect them but wish for their opponents to knock them out.
Bisping has grown on me alot

I cant explain it but I really like Nover I wish he can get over the weird funk he is in.

Now reverse the question
Fighters that I liked at first and now have gone downhill for me are;
Serra (liked him until he coached.)
Sherk
Mir (I think i had overestimated but he is still cool)

Fighters I have never liked and doubt I will in the future;
Tim Sylva
Junie

Good idea:

Rampage Jackson: Mainly backing out of his Rashad fight.

Chris Leben: Went from the tough nose kid to a Roid user.

i'd say Karo. used to like him and root for him back in the day, but really don't care for him as of the last couple years.

yeah, for sure Karo, really tired of his take on things bro.

I agree but every now and then you get one hell of a throw and an opponent landing on his noggin saying WTF.

agree Wood, epic throws from time to time. But that's the problem with Judo, not a lot of finishes for him once they are thrown.

I have to say that I hated the idea of Brock signing and I mocked him when he got beat by Mir, but I gotta say - he's the most promising fighter to start a reign of dominance in the UFC right now. Brock has come a LONG way from where he was when he started a year ago. Crazy what he's accomplished in such a short time.

Id Love If Tim Sylvia Got Back Into The UFC Or Even Signed With Strikeforce Or Dream.
And Dustin Has Had Some Stupid Injuries But Should Have A Good Fight With Karo Pariysan (sp)

Yeah, nothings more annoying that injuries. I've been waiting (goin' on 2) YEARS to see Okami fight again! Last fight I saw of his was his win over Jason McDonald and it was kinda boring I thought. The guy has had never ending issues and I hope he gets around to making a run for the belt some time during his UFC employ.

He Needs To Finish His Next Fight, He Has That "Boring" Fighter Label And Guys With That Rarely Get Title Shots.

Lyoto Machida. I thought his first fights in the ufc were boooring. This was back when Soukodjou still was a "one hit wonder" haha. After he started plowing through everyone and this style become alittle more dynamic and exiting i became a fan! :)

One who has really grown on me is Rich Franklin... he has a lot of heart

One who I liked at first but dont like now is Brock Lesnar, I had a lot of respect for him until he beat Mir, My reasoning is the fact that he got in Mir's face after he beat him and then he flipped off the crowd.. I have been taugh nothing but respect for your opponent win or lose and above all remeber the sport and what it is about... It's not the WWE and that kind of behavior really gets me mad, he has a lot of sportsmanship to show before I move him off my hate list..jmo

This definitely.......I am very intrigued by Machida. Like most, at first I saw him as boring, but now I love to see the man work. It is amazing to me how fighters like him and Anderson have such amazing talent that make it extremely difficult for others to figure out.

Others that have grown on me: Kimbo, Thiago Silva, Drew McFreddries, John Fitch (thought he was average in the beginning), and Rashad Evans (not impressed with his cockyness, but he has been humbled, and TUF 10 is demonstrating that)
