depends on what youre looking for. pre, post, intra, mass, etc, etc, etc.
ive tried numnerous products and some suck with taste and performance. some are amazing but give me the fuckin jitters like crazy.

NOXplode gives me SERIOUS jitters, almost to the point where I can't stand still! But it's AWESOME for workouts but if I shower after I can't get my body temperature down and I keep sweating for a good amount of time.

yeah i take some thermogenics so im gonna sweat anyways. which i sweat a decent amount day to day without taking anything lol. it sucks.
ive used noxplode and i liked it. it wasnt too bad on me. ive used a few other htings that in all honesty id have to find what they were again to even tell you but they were like crack lol. anxiety like a mofo.
im using fast twitch right now for pre workouts and force factor. and simply using thermogenics in the morning and lunch with protein befor and after workouts as well. i like taste so im using muscle milk right now but im about to venture out and try some new stuff.

Nitrix by BSN and Hemo-Rage by ???. Both are great products. Different people react differently to certain products though so you gotta find what works for you, but those two have worked great for me.

ive tried the nitirx. i just hate the prices on some of this stuff. its ridiculous.
and yes everyone reacts differently. all you can really do is try a product and see if it works for you while liking it. if you hit a bump in the road and begin getting stale with results, cycle it off for a bit and start back ro maybe try another product.
im no dr or nutritionist by far so dont take this info and write it in stone, but ive always had pretty good success with what ive done in the past all the way up to date.

Yeah, this stuff is not cheap, but imo is worth it if it works. The Nitrix just make my shit pop. I've never had well defined calves and since I've started on it they've just popped, The hemo rage gives me that pump without the jitters, but thats just me. I usually just cycle off myself cause I wanna give my body time to recover and cleanse itself out. Just me though.

yeah really anyone who takes supplements should cycle on and off every 3-4 months imho. i do the same. ive been getting busy again here lately and slacking off, but ive just gotta makes time, otherwise im wasting time trying. im in good shape now, just need to improve my cardio. im still trying to bulk up a little more right now though.
im trying to think of some otherproducts ive tried. more to come in a few.....

Www.Gotprotein.com has some great prices. You guys might wanna check em out. I get my stuff from them all the time.
I do the same, slack a bit and get back to it. Lately though it's been a bitch trying to get back into it. Walking in this heat doesn't help either and I'm too lazy to get my ass up super early to work out!!:D
