View Full Version : sticky cleanup?

i know i havent been here along time but this is a suggestion forum and being a former mod at a site with 20k members ill give my 2cents. I think there are far too many stickys. Its kind of messy and really screws up the flow of the forum. im sure we dont need a sticky for every event or popular thread. If theyre popular enough theyll stay bumped towards the top without a sticky. the point of a sticky is to keep a "READ FIRST" thread at top the forum.

just my 2 cents guys. Hope there is no hurt cheeks over this.

No problem man... all suggestions are welcome.

This is something we agree with, but a few of our Mods are on vacation right now and we're a bit short-handed... we'll definitely get to that, and thanks for the suggestion.

I went thru the forums and unstickied some of the threads, but there wasn't really all that much that needed to be unstuck.

The UFC forum has the most stickies due to all of the upcoming UFC events, but other than that there isn't really any other stickied threads.

you want me to stop sticking ufc events when they only have like one rumored fight and shit like that?

Is the UFC on Versus 2 card complete ?

I'm gonna make that round 2 of the Suicide Pool II.

...and the Strikeforce Challengers 10: Phoenix card as well, I'm gonna make an Event Pool out of that event.

...and UFC 117: Silva vs. Sonnen I guess when can do a Prediction Contest out of that event also.
